PARADOCS interactive amateur chefs will come to your home and will prepare and teach you and your guests how to make homemade mozzarella, and fresh pesto. Amateur Chef Shannon will then use the homemade mozzarella and pesto to make you a scrumptious appetizer for the group to enjoy. It is encouraged for your guests to participate if they wish and interact with the chefs as much as they want. Amateur Chef James will work with you beforehand to create a customized menu, taking into consideration the specific needs you and your group may have. This unique experience provides an unpretentious and more casual setting and allows you to entertain your guests in a personal way. Amateur Chefs' James and Shannon, while they are not professional chefs, they are amazing cooks and have been trained by experience and from their worldly travels. Cooking for their families and friends is a true joy and when they are with you they want to treat you like friends and provide you with a remarkable, one-of-a-kind experience that will never be forgotten. PARADOCS specializes in creating EXTRAordinary in-home, cooking experiences that are unique and memorable.
A note from Irvine Rotary Foundation: Welcome to the SEAKERS Sizzlin' Summer Scramble online auction! We appreciate your support and participation. Your support helps us to provide unique and adventurous opportunities through scuba diving, aviation, and other outdoor activities that are transformational in the lives of those we serve. We focus on at-risk youth, youth, families, public servants, and individuals with disabilities within the greater Cabarrus County area. Each year we offer scholarships to deserving members of our community. These scholarships allow recipients to achieve scuba certifications, aviation instruction, flight time, professional level certifications, and outdoor adventure retreats. The scholarship programs provide over 250 hours of mentorship and instruction to each student. We use these activities as a tool to engage our students in a positive, fun, but challenging way. Our programs instill confidence and perseverance while building personal character, empowering our students to positively engage in life and in their community. We believe making deep investments in a few can have a ripple effect that will impact many! All auction proceeds will go directly to support these programs. Thank you to all of the generous donors.
